Instructions
Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and enjoy the sweet aroma.
Add flour and baking powder. Mix gently until a sticky dough forms. Do not overmix.
Lightly oil your hands and gently knead the dough on a clean surface until just firm enough to shape.
Divide into 9–12 pieces and roll into smooth balls. Spray with oil for golden color.
Place on tray and bake for 6–8 minutes until puffed and lightly golden. The kitchen will smell amazing!
While baking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Optional: prepare melted chocolate or vegan glaze for topping.
Remove donut holes from oven and immediately roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm and enjoy every bite.
