Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 2 ripe bananas naturally sweet and moist
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour for structure and tenderness
  • 2 tsp baking powder helps them puff up
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract adds depth and aroma

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • 0.5 cup sugar for rolling
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon adds warm spice and aroma

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and enjoy the sweet aroma.
  • Add flour and baking powder. Mix gently until a sticky dough forms. Do not overmix.
  • Lightly oil your hands and gently knead the dough on a clean surface until just firm enough to shape.
  • Divide into 9–12 pieces and roll into smooth balls. Spray with oil for golden color.
  • Place on tray and bake for 6–8 minutes until puffed and lightly golden. The kitchen will smell amazing!
  • While baking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Optional: prepare melted chocolate or vegan glaze for topping.
  • Remove donut holes from oven and immediately roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm and enjoy every bite.
