Ingredients
  

Chicken Breast Seasoning

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning all over the chicken fillets. Let them marinate for a few minutes if desired.
  • Place the chicken fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  • Cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Air frying offers crisp, juicy chicken without the extra oil. For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for longer. Always rest the meat before slicing for juicier results. Great for salads, sandwiches, or with veggies!
