  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the glaze. Let sit while the air fryer preheats.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). This helps ensure even browning and crisping.
  • Place chicken thighs smooth-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
  • Remove and let rest for 3–5 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush additional sauce on after cooking. Resting helps keep the meat juicy. This recipe is great for meal prep or slicing into wraps and salads.
