Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8–9 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken dry using paper towels to remove moisture.
  • Pierce both sides of the chicken with a fork to help absorb the marinade.
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice.
  • Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Preheat your air fryer for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket. Use a thermometer to check doneness, and let the chicken rest before slicing. This recipe is perfect for salads, wraps, grain bowls, and meal prep!
