Ingredients
  

Chicken & Seasoning

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Crispy Coating

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated preferred
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • olive oil spray for air fryer

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the coating stick.
  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Rub mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • In another bowl, mix grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Press each chicken breast into the coating mixture until evenly covered.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place chicken in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with olive oil. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (165°F/74°C internal temp).
  • Let rest for 1–2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Use similar-sized chicken breasts for even cooking. Double coat for extra crisp. Try serving over pasta, in sandwiches, or with salad. Letting the chicken rest ensures juicy results every time!
