  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Greek yogurt or light sour cream optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Rub seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Place in baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and additional lemon juice.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sides or store for meal prep.

Notes

Optional: Marinate chicken for 30 minutes before baking for deeper flavor. Great in wraps, salads, and grain bowls.
