Chicken Thighs

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs tender and juicy every time

Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help them brown well in the oven.
  • Rub olive oil over each thigh. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet with space between each one to allow hot air to circulate.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 165°F (74°C).
  • Optional: Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes to get crispy, golden edges. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
