Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet with some space between them.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix.
Mix thoroughly until the filling is creamy and well blended.
Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each phyllo cup, filling just to the top.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until the filling is warm and the phyllo is crisp and golden.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped chives. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
