Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Toppings

  • 5.5 oz caramel sauce or dip store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • fresh apple slices or dippers for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spoon the mixture into a shallow serving dish and spread evenly.
  • Pour caramel sauce gently over the top and spread it into a smooth layer.
  • Sprinkle chopped toasted pecans (or toffee bits) evenly over the caramel layer.
  • Chill for 20–30 minutes to help the layers set. Let it rest at room temperature briefly before serving.
  • Serve with apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers, or cookies. Enjoy!

Notes

For a festive fall twist, sprinkle cinnamon or flaky sea salt on top before serving. Best enjoyed fresh but can be made ahead for easy entertaining.
