  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken and gently massage to coat.
  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space around each piece.
  • Air fry for 9–10 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 8–9 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon if desired, and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Try swapping Italian seasoning for Cajun, taco, or BBQ spice blends to change the flavor. For best results, don’t skip the resting time — it ensures juicy chicken every time!
