  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help them brown beautifully.
  • Rub each chicken breast with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasonings evenly on both sides.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish or on a lined sheet pan.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes beforehand or use spice blends like Cajun or Italian. Great for slicing into salads, wraps, or grain bowls.
