  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves lean and juicy
  • 240 ml mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for the creamy topping
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan, dried onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Slice chicken breasts horizontally if thick and place evenly in the dish.
  • Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken piece, covering fully.
  • Bake for 35–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked and topping is golden.
  • Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a crispy, browned top. Watch carefully.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices and enhance texture.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easier cleanup. Add Italian seasoning for an herbal twist. Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
