cream cheese

Instructions
Lay chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken. Place cream cheese blocks on top without stirring.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Avoid opening the lid.
After 7 hours, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix with the melted cream cheese.
Add crumbled bacon and stir to combine. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover again for 10 minutes to melt.
Finish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Serve over rice, in sandwich rolls, or even as a dip. To reheat, use low heat and add a splash of broth or water to loosen the sauce.
