Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese preferably sharp
  • 0.5 cup green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Lay chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken. Place cream cheese blocks on top without stirring.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Avoid opening the lid.
  • After 7 hours, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix with the melted cream cheese.
  • Add crumbled bacon and stir to combine. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover again for 10 minutes to melt.
  • Finish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Serve over rice, in sandwich rolls, or even as a dip. To reheat, use low heat and add a splash of broth or water to loosen the sauce.
