For Coating

extra graham cracker crumbs
for rolling
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips gradually, mixing well between additions until thick and sticky.
Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour until firm enough to roll.
Roll into balls using about 1 ¼ tablespoons of mixture each. Use damp or cold hands to prevent sticking.
Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Refrigerate for another 30–60 minutes until set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
For best texture, keep them chilled until serving. Swap the chocolate chips or coconut for your favorite mix-ins to customize.
