Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line or grease a baking dish.
Place frozen chicken breasts in the dish with space between them.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Add minced garlic and pour broth into the dish for moisture.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 10–15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
Broil the chicken for 2 minutes at the end for extra browning. You can also stir in Greek yogurt or a dab of butter before serving for added richness.
