  • 2 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
  • fresh parsley or cilantro chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or butter optional, for extra juiciness after baking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line or grease a baking dish.
  • Place frozen chicken breasts in the dish with space between them.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add minced garlic and pour broth into the dish for moisture.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for another 10–15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

Broil the chicken for 2 minutes at the end for extra browning. You can also stir in Greek yogurt or a dab of butter before serving for added richness.
