  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 lemon juice only
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnish
  • Greek yogurt or melted butter optional glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels for better seasoning adhesion and even browning.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Rub evenly over the chicken.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice for brightness and extra moisture.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 5–7 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Optional: brush with melted butter or Greek yogurt glaze before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

To keep leftovers juicy, store chicken breasts whole and slice after reheating. For added flavor, marinate in the seasoning for up to 1 hour before baking.
