Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 large egg whisked, optional for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 415°F (213°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth creases.
  • Microwave Nutella for 15 seconds to soften. Spread generously over half the pastry sheet, all the way to the edges.
  • Place the second pastry half on top and press gently to seal. Cut into 1½-inch strips using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  • Gently twist each strip and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  • Brush twists with whisked egg if desired for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle extra Nutella for a beautiful finish. Customize with orange zest, crushed nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before baking.
